Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 27, 2026 Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SaduaraGlobal ("SaduaraGlobal," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit saduaraglobal.com (the "Site"), interact with our AI receptionist and voice systems, submit an inquiry, or otherwise use our AI and legal consulting services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SaduaraGlobal LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the entity responsible for the processing of information described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact and identification details (name, email, phone number, company name, job title) submitted via contact forms, consultation requests, Instant Form lead ads, or email.
  • Information shared during consultations, onboarding, or the course of an engagement, including business information relevant to the AI, legal, or marketing services requested.
  • Payment and billing information when you purchase Services (processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers).
  • Any other information you choose to submit, including through chat widgets, forms, or correspondence.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4).
  • Advertising identifiers and interaction data collected through the Meta Pixel and similar tools when you engage with our ads or Instant Forms.

1.3 Information From Third-Party Sources

  • Lead and contact information generated through Meta/Instagram Instant Forms and advertising campaigns, delivered to us via connected lead-capture integrations.
  • Information from business partners, referral sources, or publicly available sources in connection with a prospective engagement.

1.4 Call, Voice, and AI Interaction Data

Where you call, message, or otherwise interact with our AI receptionist or voice-agent systems (built using third-party providers, which may include Twilio and Retell AI), we and our providers may collect:

  • Call metadata (date, time, duration, caller number).
  • Audio recordings and/or transcripts of the interaction, and information you provide during the call (e.g., appointment details, contact information, the substance of your inquiry).
  • SMS messages sent in connection with appointment confirmations or follow-up communications.

Notice of Call Recording: Calls with our AI receptionist system may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality assurance, appointment scheduling, service improvement, and business record-keeping purposes. Florida law, and the law of certain other states, requires the consent of all parties to a call before it may be recorded. By proceeding with a call to a SaduaraGlobal-operated line, you consent to such recording and transcription. If you do not consent, please do not proceed with the call and instead contact us at info@saduaraglobal.com.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including AI consulting, AI receptionist/voice products, and marketing services;
  • Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage client engagements;
  • Process payments and maintain business records;
  • Send administrative communications, appointment confirmations, and, where permitted, marketing communications;
  • Analyze and improve Site performance, advertising effectiveness, and product functionality;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Where applicable law (such as the CCPA/CPRA) defines certain advertising-related data sharing as a "sale" or "share," see Section 9.1 for your rights and opt-out options.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests (such as operating and improving the Services and marketing our business), your consent (such as for certain cookies and call recording), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@saduaraglobal.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and similar technologies to recognize your browser, understand usage patterns, measure advertising performance, and personalize content. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law, we will present a cookie consent mechanism on your first visit. Disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Site.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary, with:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, which may include hosting and website infrastructure providers (e.g., IONOS), database and backend providers (e.g., Supabase), communications providers (e.g., Twilio), AI voice providers (e.g., Retell AI), advertising platforms (e.g., Meta), and analytics providers — each bound by contractual obligations to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify;
  • Professional advisors, such as accountants, auditors, and legal counsel, where necessary;
  • Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections;
  • Regulators and authorities, where required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others; and
  • Other parties with your consent or at your direction.

We do not knowingly share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business and engagement records, satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and applicable legal requirements. Call recordings and transcripts are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in Section 1.4, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

7. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and information we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers of personal data originating from the EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with data transfer restrictions.

9. Your Privacy Rights

9.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request deletion of your personal information (subject to certain exceptions); correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To the extent our use of advertising pixels constitutes "sharing" under the CPRA, you may opt out by contacting us at info@saduaraglobal.com or adjusting your cookie preferences. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@saduaraglobal.com; we will verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity.

9.2 Canadian Residents (PIPEDA)

If you are located in Canada, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccuracies, and withdraw consent for certain uses, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. You may also contact our designated privacy contact at info@saduaraglobal.com with any complaint, and you retain the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9.3 EEA/UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing, including direct marketing. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact info@saduaraglobal.com.

9.4 All Users

Regardless of location, you may contact us at any time at info@saduaraglobal.com to ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, or opt out of marketing communications (via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email). We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and in any event within a reasonable time.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Contact info@saduaraglobal.com if you believe a child has provided us information.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry-standard response to such signals, our Site does not currently respond to them differently than to a standard visit.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

14. Contact Us / Informal Resolution of Privacy Concerns

If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us first, before pursuing any other remedy, at:

Email: info@saduaraglobal.com Subject line: "Privacy Inquiry" or "Privacy Complaint"

We will make good-faith efforts to informally resolve any privacy-related concern within a reasonable time. This informal contact requirement does not limit any right you may separately have under this Policy's incorporated Terms and Conditions, including the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions found there.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the SaduaraGlobal Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Services and contain a binding arbitration agreement.
